Material choice matters more here than almost anywhere. A PLA part that's fine in an air-conditioned office can warp on a car dashboard in July, when a parked car can get hotter than 70 °C inside. We choose the material for where your part will live, not just how it should look.

Our rule of thumb for UAE conditions
- Indoors, on display: PLA or resin
- Inside a car or near heat: ABS, ASA or nylon
- Outdoors in full sun: ASA
- Needs to bend or seal: TPU

- Tight fit: about ±0.2 mm on FDM, ±0.1 mm on resin. Ask for a test print.

How much does 3D printing cost in Dubai?

How long does 3D printing take?
Most FDM and resin parts are ready in 2–5 working days after you approve the quote. Large models, big batches and nylon or metal parts made with our partners take longer, and we confirm the date in writing before we start. Tell us if you have a hard deadline.
What file formats do you accept?
STL, OBJ and 3MF files are ready to print. STEP and IGES CAD files are welcome too, especially for parts that must fit together. No file? Send a sketch, photos with a ruler in the frame, or the object itself, and we'll model or scan it for you.
Can you 3D print spare parts that are no longer sold?
Yes. 3D printing spare parts is one of our most common jobs. We measure or 3D scan the original, rebuild it in CAD, strengthen weak points if needed and print it in a material that suits the load and the heat. Clips, knobs, covers, gears and brackets are typical examples.
Can you 3D print car parts?
Yes, for interior trims, clips, covers, mounts, prototypes and custom accessories. A car parked in the UAE sun gets very hot inside, so we use heat-resistant materials such as ABS, ASA or nylon, never PLA. We don't print safety-critical parts such as brake or steering components.
What is the largest object you can 3D print?
A single print on our Bambu Lab P2S can be up to 256 × 256 × 256 mm, and our large-format printer handles bigger pieces. Larger objects such as props, signs and masterplan models are printed in sections, then joined and finished so the seams are hard to see.
Do you offer color 3D printing?
Yes. Our multicolor setup prints up to four filament colors in one job, which is ideal for logos, gifts, signage and product mock-ups. Need more colors than that? Tell us what you have in mind and we'll suggest the best way to get the look.
Do you offer metal 3D printing in Dubai?
Yes, through our production partners. We handle the file check, the material choice and the final quality check, and the parts are printed in aluminum, stainless steel or titanium using metal powder-bed fusion. Lead times are longer than for plastic, so we confirm them in your quote.
Can you turn a 3D scan into a CAD file?
Yes. After 3D scanning, we deliver a clean mesh (STL, OBJ or PLY) for printing, or rebuild the part as an editable CAD model (STEP) for engineering and manufacturing. This 3D scan to CAD service is the core of our reverse engineering work in the UAE.
