From conceptual massing to as-built facility management handover — our in-house Revit team delivers intelligent BIM models across all three core disciplines.

Architectural BIM

Walls, floors, ceilings, doors, windows, curtain walls, stairs, roofs, and site elements modeled in Revit with material specifications, room data, and area schedules. LOD 200–500.

Structural BIM

Foundations, columns, beams, slabs, retaining walls, steel connections, and rebar detailing. Structural analysis integration with Etabs, SAP2000, and Robot. LOD 300–500.

MEP BIM

HVAC ductwork, chilled water piping, electrical conduit and tray, fire protection sprinkler systems, plumbing stacks, and drainage. Complete mechanical, electrical, and plumbing coordination.

Clash Detection

Navisworks-based multi-discipline coordination. Identify and resolve conflicts between architectural, structural, and MEP systems before construction — eliminating costly on-site rework.

4D / 5D BIM

4D: construction sequence scheduling linked to model elements for phasing visualization. 5D: quantity takeoff and cost estimation embedded in model data for budget tracking.

GeoSLAM SLAM scanner or Hi-Target total station captures the existing building as a 3D point cloud. Typically 1 day per 1000 sqm floor plate.

Process

Point cloud registered, cleaned, and georeferenced. Delivered as .e57 or .rcp for QA review before modeling begins.

Model

In-house Revit team traces the point cloud into intelligent BIM elements at your specified LOD. Arch → Struct → MEP in coordinated sequence.

Deliver

Revit (.rvt), IFC, Navisworks (.nwc/.nwd), COBie, AutoCAD (.dwg), PDF sheets. Clash report included if multi-discipline.
