A technically perfect survey is still rejected if it is in the wrong coordinate system or goes to the wrong authority. We settle both before anyone sets up a tripod. The spatial reference is published as EPSG:3997 (WGS 84 / Dubai Local TM).
Survey work in Dubai is regulated by Law No. 6 of 2017. Drawings submitted to an authority must come from a surveyor registered with that authority. We confirm the submission route for your project before fieldwork starts.
